FCUK YOU !!!!!!

"Life's disappointments are harder to take when you
don't know any swear word" - Calvin & Hobbes

There is a whole lot of swearing that goes on these days. I’m sure that there must be some rule somewhere against it, but it certainly is not enforced.we curse at each other, and when we do it on the phone, We use hand gestures to communicate varying levels of pissed-offedness.

I read somewhere once that psychiatrists have determined that swearing comes from the same place in the brain as crying, they also went on to say that women cry to release stress and men swear. In my experience women do both, and men only cry when there aren’t other men around. Psychiatrists not withstanding, most people will agree that nothing really expresses the special sort of frustration you get from dealing with irrational people like cursing does.

I was raised to believe that cussing is a sin, and therefore very interested in it. I would rather that I did not do it as often as I do, but sometimes there just aren’t appropriate words to communicate how incredibly frustrated I get sometimes. You see, I’ve known people who used the word fuck as an noun, verb, adjective, and adverb all in the same sentence. Now that’s ignorant. A good curse word should be more of a bowl of hot sauce used sparingly.

But the really funny thing about swearing is that while it shocks you if someone swears at you, it doesn’t really hurt your feelings that much. No, the real words that hurt are more plain. Being told that you are a son of a bitch, that’s insulting to your mom, but that’s really about it. But its so common, and people say that jokingly that it really doesn’t seem like much of an insult. The things that hurt more are words that go to your worth as person.

CEO

Dear C.E.O of Anonymous Company,

I have worked at your company 1.5 years. When I was a new I was told your name and name of the other people in charge of the company.I don’t know anything about you other than the way that you run your company. I guess that is enough to know that employees always come second to profit.

This year you increased the targets employees have to achieve in order to keep their jobs.At the sametime without performance reviews or any wage increases at all.

Look, I’m not some moron without a clue about how business works, I know you have lost some customers, and I know that times have been tough. I have also seen you putting out some capital to improve parts of the company—it just never seems to come our way.I see you making investments in everything except people.

But you can’t continue treating your employees this way. How long do you expect them to stay when nothing ever changes for the better? You know it would be one thing if you had explained to us that this is a temporary thing, or made some sort of attempt to bring us along, make us part of this, dealt in some sort of good faith. But we hear nothing from you or your representatives here. Your silence speaks deafening volumes about how you feel about us.

I am sure that you are shielded, protected and rarely come in contact with the people that work at your companies. Your managers probabally never discuss such things, only profit and loss. I am sure you would tell everyone that you provide work to many people and help the economy. Yes, you provide me with the wages to pay my bills. You also provide me with no incentive, very little hope, confusing memos and policies and very little to look forward to.

I know that you will never read this, and I will leave your company someday. But if one of your kind does read this while surfing the web someday, and think beyond profit, possibly wonder how his methods of business affect the people that work for him, then this will have been worth the time.

Sincerely,

Anonymous Dude

Marriage=Commitment?

Why do people get married? I search it on google. And the answer i
find mostly says commitment,Love,Security,Religious factors etc...

However,In current society where everyone is heading to achieve
the metro sexual status, Is marriage still considered as way
to express commitment towards the person you love? One might
argue, I am committed to my Work,But its not good enough reason
to not change the Job for better prospects. Society is constantly
evolving with values changing drastically in accordance.

We are sacrificing values at the expense of love and marriage. In
urban Scenario, Expectations out of the other partner has increased
so much that patience and tolerance takes a beating. Everybody expects
more out the other. When desires cannot be met, marriages and love
breaks down, and partners move on in search for the better person.

Which is stronger? 2 people bonded out of love or bonded by marriage?
For both Marriage or Relationship to last, there must be mutual
level of understanding between the two. There must be communication,
tolerance, forgiveness. Marriage is not necessarily commitment
in case of all couples. It might be convenience to some, financial stability
to some or Just plain Sex for some.

Marriage is Not EQUALS commitment.Commitment=Marriage and commitment
might not be necessarily expressed by getting married. It should be felt
and followed. At the end that's what really matters.
