Rahul Gandhi-Youth Congress Memb. Campaign.

Rahul Gandhi who hails from the most prominent political party
from India, turned down a cabinet post in Mr. Manmohan
singh's cabinet. Later, In his attempt to prove himself as a youth
leader started the Youth Congress Membership campaign. Its not
the first first time we have seen political parties wooing the Youth
vote bank. However, this time i see a young and smart politician's
commitment for the initiative he started.

He is young, Smart and looks sincere. He made a brave decision
by refusing a cabinet post. I sincerely hope its not a political gimmick
and he turns out to be a good Leader.

Recently i read about his visits to college campuses around India.
All this was part of his direct contact programme to youth,
where he is part politician and part motivational speaker talking about
larger issues that affect our country-politics,Pakistan,Naxalism.
In a recent Report its believed that congress got 1.3 million new
membership applications.

If the report is any true, Youths are indeed realising the importance of
young and educated politician in the current political scenario of our
country. I wish Rahul success in attracting younger, smarter and educated
people to shape the future of our nation.

Review:Fruit And Nut

Genre: Comedy
Actors: Cyrus Broacha, Boman Irani, Dia Mirza, Mahesh Manjrekar.

How often do we see a group of highly talented Actors wasted on a
pathetic story? "Fruit and nut" is no different.

The story is about the Male Lead(Jolly Maker) who is nerdy and
always finds himself in the middle of a disaster. He works as an
accountant in the office of a Greedy builder. One fine day, his beautiful
and sexy colleague Monica gets kidnapped. Then Jolly Maker finds
himself dragged into the plot hatched my an insane ex-King.
Remaining movie is all about J M's struggle to get out of the mess.

All the Actors including, Cyrus, Boman, Mahesh are over the top
and hilarious.The movie has some genuinely funny moments
However, the story is a big let down.
The movie tries very hard to make you laugh but in vain.
Better script could have made it a decent comedy.

My advice, Wait for the DVD! Cant find a better movie in
theaters this weekend? Go grab a beer(or MC Rum) instead!
